Foxgloves & Butterfly In Meadow

About Me

Nature has always fascinated me.

Not simply because of its beauty, but because of the lessons it quietly teaches us every day.

Winter becomes Spring. A seed becomes a flower. A wounded tree slowly heals around its scar. Tides retreat and return. Day becomes night. A fern unfurls. A butterfly emerges. Forests regenerate after fire. The same patterns repeat throughout nature, from the spiral of a shell to the movement of galaxies.

There is wisdom in nature.

There is balance in nature.

There is a rhythm in nature.

Yet in today’s busy and often overwhelming world, it can be easy for individuals, teams and organisations to lose touch with that natural rhythm – or struggle to find it in the first place.

But just as nature knows how to heal, grow and adapt, I use my experience and expertise to help people and organisations connect with their strengths, overcome challenges and create positive, lasting change.

Experience You Can Trust

I believe that the challenges we don’t address can often affect our wellbeing, confidence, relationships, resilience and performance. That’s why I take a holistic approach, supporting the whole person rather than focusing solely on the issue they may be experiencing.

My own experience of holistic therapies showed me the positive impact they can have on emotional wellbeing, confidence and personal growth. Inspired by that journey, I trained in Hypnotherapy, EFT, Reiki and other wellbeing approaches so that I could help individuals and organisations create positive, lasting change.

A Place to Pause, Reflect & Reset

Working together, we’ll explore the approach that best suits your individual needs, drawing on one or more therapies to support you in moving forward with greater balance, clarity and confidence.

Because the truth is…

Everyone is capable of more than they may believe.

My role is to help them realise that.

A Little More About Me

I continue to invest in my professional development, combining ongoing training with the life experience and understanding I bring to every client relationship.

Outside of work, I find balance and inspiration in some of life’s simpler pleasures. Music has always been an important part of how I relax, reflect and reconnect, whether that’s through uplifting songs that lift my spirits or quieter music that creates space for reflection and emotional wellbeing.

I also love spending time in nature. Walks among trees, near water or in beautiful countryside help me slow down, appreciate the present moment and gain perspective.

Combined with good food, meaningful conversations and a positive outlook on life, these moments remind me of the importance of balance, growth and embracing the possibilities that can emerge even during life’s more challenging times.

Just like nature, growth is rarely rushed. It unfolds in its own time, when we’re ready, often through small, consistent changes that gradually lead us forward.
